Check Tracks

The purpose of this page is to show which pixels were used to define each dark track between the light tracks. The data in this page has had the min subracted (ie no darks exist so the minimum value was subtracted) and is divided by integration time. The first set of graphs show where the dark tracks are defined. These will be used to monitor straylight changes between tracks. You can see that for some of the tracks there is not 1 row of pixels which are always dark from one end of the array to the other. This is most evident on track 2.

The rest of the graphs are to show the dark scans relative to the light scans around them.

To get a percent, I divided each dark track by the mean of the light scans around it.



To look at the variablity around the row chosen for the dark track I plot the 6 "dark" rows around the row chosen for darks for each track.
