Plots of all the dark files from 20 Nov 2009. In the first graph the two lower files had BackGround subtraction on. The following graphs for tracks 1 4 7 10 13 show only the good darks (ie BackGround subtraction off). There are three types of darks. 1) Shuttered Darks (acquire background) 2) Fibers in sphere, but sphere is dark. (ambient 1) 3) Fibers are in black tube (ambient 2).

Ambient 1 files were taken with background subtraction on so we can not look at these files.

The Final graphs show the change (or lack there of) in the darks with integration time for 5 tracks.
