Mark asked that I calculate a std two ways using the full image file. This is my attempt to describe what I have done. The first line is the resonon binned tracks, ie not a full image file. The second and third lines on the graph are calculated from the normal track data (ie 1 track is a mean of 41 pixels). The std was calculated on these three lines from track7 using all 10 images in the file. The last two lines the std is done the same way put the track 7 data is only one pixel in the center of the array.

The ALL of the graphs data are not divided by intgration time and bin factor. The first frame is thrown out for all data shown
