BLUE and RED SPEC - Check Wavelength Cal

REVISION DATE: 08-Jun-2012 11:50:11

When comparing the Track definitions between the 2009 and 2012 data some of the blue spec tracks has moved by as much at 15 pixels. The red spec tracks had moved too but not as much. In Hawaii (2012) Carol and Mike took some data with the Fluorescence room lites and LED on. So Carol suggested using these to check the wave cals. I found a listing of Argon, or Mercury lines and used those to plot over the data.

Looks like the blue has moved more than the red. I would probably leave the red wavelengths alone. But the blue definitely needs to be redone. I am not sure if the room lites are the best way to cal the data. But I will give it a whirl.
