Polarizing Test: Day14 = long FO and day15 = short FO. Mike changed the fiber from a long to a short fiber added the 45 adn 135 degree angles. Files where collected with the polarizer, which is a filter on a rotation stage, illuminated by the Oriel incandescent source via the Spectralon sphere. This has the MOBY Lu Head #42 (MOBY247,LuBot) cleaned and connected to short FO #500. Mike suggested recreating the polarization parameter, P from the SIRREX7 section 7.3.3 and compare with their Table 11 results. The table at the bottom recreates the table 11 from the SIRREX7 paper. The plots of the data below show not polarization effect. The last graph is the fitted polarization parameters M12 and M13 (from Ken documentation).
