The files below are the darks and background collected during the lastest in-water tests. The first set of darks and backgorunds where collected with temperature control off and the data are very noisy with strips in the images. The rest of the images are collected with temperature control on and at -40C and different int times.
The files I am calling darks where taken with the camera shutter closed and external shutter open. Backgournd files where collected with the camera shutter open and the external shutters closed. /
The first graph is the track 7 darks for all the files. The second is the track 7 backgrounds. All are in ADU. The third graph is the track 7 mean for all the files against time. So you can see how long it is between data collections. In the second and third graph the last 5 lines in the legend with a int time of 0.3 s was collected 6-7 minutes after the rest and is part of the I2 data if you are looking at Arts email. The fourth graph is the same data verses int time. The red squares down at 0.31 sec is the I2 data again. The fifth graph is the same ADU data but this time divided by int time. The final set of graphs shows the first 3 dark or background images for each of the repeats Art did.
Track 7 all the dark files.

Images of the dark and background repeats for this data set. The first darks had not temperature control on and there are stripes in the images. We made Plaid!
