There is definitely a problem with the dark scans (especially the blue one). The green light scan might be low???
Mike sent me some of this MOBY245 laser data he took during precals. This data looks AWESOME, no jumps or noise. I am picking the closest laser data to try and get and handle on the background level.
Solution: Add pack missing chunk of magenta dark between 470-512 pixels, and fix the dark VR2 from 1-120 pixels. And possibly remove light scan 3 too.
Raw data in ADU, no initial quality checking applied.
Figure 1
Raw data in ADU, with initial quality checking applied (spiked removed), bad scans are still shown. A negative 1 in the legend means that scan is marked bad and not used.
Figure 2
Raw data in ADU, with initial quality checking applied, bad scans are removed. There should be no negative ones in the legend. There are the scans used to create the Net signal.
Figure 3
Fixed data, addition changes applied

Processed Laser data raw (fig 1), before (Fig 3) and after "Fix" (more scans remvoed or fixed)
