I thought I would take a shot at how to write a program to calculate uncertainties. I am using LuTop data. The data is converted with a system response SLCed the same way as the LuTop data. The idea is to add a set number to the SPR before using it to SLC the in-water and lamp signal. The plot the change in LuTop. The title on the first panel tells the values added and what they were multiplied by to get the number to add to the SPR.
