01-Dec-2016 20:25:00 The SQM program was run incorrectly, so no data file was saved. The file that exists is a dummy file meant to account for lamp burn hours.

02-Dec-2016 14:56:00 Test to set the gains for the radiometers I will use with the SQM when it was on HI. Also, this is where I relearned that the White Fiducial saturates the internal detectors on HI. The only level we can use the White Fidicual to check the SQM monitor stability is LO.
05-Dec-2016 20:04:00 This is the first time the MOBY CAS with its Lu Head was looking at the SQM. It is not installed in the adaptor plate, but aligned on the moving table.
06-Dec-2016 20:26:00 I did not like the alignment of the MOBY head to CAS on Dec 5. I redid it by scanning the SQM in y, result was y = 41.51mm (not 40mm from laser alignment or 42 by eye). Note page 2 of these logs is not SQM so I did not scan it.
06-Dec-2016 The handwritten data for the y scan is in the brown notebook MOBY NET 2 page 18; it is the max DN with the MOBY CAS at each y position. I fit it to a quadratic.
08-Dec-2016 18:48:00 SQM logsheet pages 1 to 4 were not the SQM so I did not scan them. On Dec 7, I completely redid the spreadsheet that calculates the x and y positions for the CAS to view the various sources on the source bench. I am much happier with trusting the alignment from using the pairs of lasers and the spreadsheet. So this is the first “good” SQM time series file with the MOBY CAS Lu Head mounted in front of the SQM. It is 20cm from the flange separation point (see brown notebook MOBY NET NB2 page 15 – 16)
13-Dec-2016 14:20:00 SQM run from cold start (e.g. AC off) to STBY (heaters on) then quasi immediately LO to MED to HI.
14-Dec-2016 13:43:00 SQM run from warm start (e.g. AC on, then turn to STBY which turns on the heaters, then wait several hours, then LO, MED, HI).  Note when I put up the ambient disk to get CAS ambient levels, this changes the SQM internal monitor photodiodes. Today, I waited 30 min between SQM levels for the CAS measurements.
15-Dec-2016 14:57:00 I used a different protocol today. The SQM logging software has buttons that turn red, yellow, green depending on the value of the standard deviation of the last N points. I decided to set a window of N = 24, not N = 60. At the 10 sec delay interval, this is about 4 min. The green is 0.1% for the std/mean. This was a warm start test.
16-Dec-2016 13:38:00 Repeat of LO to MED to HI from the cold start. The protocol for finding when to take CAS data was either 30 min or when std/mean in the last 24 samples was <0.1% for all three monitor photodiodes. It was noted that the broadband PD decreases during the warmup interval and stabilized after about 25 min.
